Pink Beach in Komodo National Park is one of Indonesia's most popular and natural wonders.

The beach is located on Komodo Island, East Nusa Tenggara, and is known for its pink-colored sand that attracts visitors.

The pink color of the sand is caused by the presence of microscopic organisms called foraminifera as well as red coral fragments.

Foraminifera is tiny marine life that have pink-coloured shells, and when they die, these shells disintegrate into tiny fragments that mix with the sand. This process takes place over thousands of years, resulting in beautiful pink sand beaches.

Komodo National Park is known for its sustainability and the conservation efforts made to maintain its natural beauty. This distinctive pink sand is one of the natural wonders that need to be preserved to continue attracting tourists while maintaining the unique ecosystem in the location.

In addition to the pink sand, the beach offers stunning scenery with clear sea water and various shades of ocean blue. The coral reefs and coastal vegetation also add to the natural charm of the beach.
