Bantul lethek noodles are uniquely processed in a factory traditionally. The lethek noodle factory was established in 1940 producing one tonne of noodles per day and distributing them to various regions in Java.
The uniqueness of this factory is that it still uses the process of mixing dough using the help of cows. This factory has 3 cows that take turns in processing the dough.
